All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, recipes, menus, and proprietary culinary processes, is the exclusive property of +39 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works, display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or its content without explicit written permission.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Online Ordering & Payment

a. Orders placed through the Site are binding once confirmed.
b. Prices, menu items, and availability may change at any time without notice.
c. +39 reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or operational constraints.
d. Payments must be made using accepted payment methods. You authorize +39 and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the order, taxes, and applicable fees.

Allergies & Dietary Information

+39 prepares food in a kitchen that may contain allergens including but not limited to wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, and seafood.
We do not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

User Conduct

You agree not to:
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without written authorization.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures.

Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, delivery partners). +39 is not responsible for the content, operations, or policies of these third parties.
Reservation & Event Policies
Deposits for private events, catering, or group reservations may be required. Deposits are subject to the Refund Policy below. Failure to arrive or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or charges.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, +39, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Damages arising from food allergies, improper handling after pickup, or misuse of the Services
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Site.

Indemnification

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within Lucas County, Ohio.
