Accessibility Statement

+39 remains dedicated to improving accessibility over time. We regularly review our Site and physical facilities and update our practices to align with evolving standards and best practices.

Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
At +39, located in Toledo, Ohio, we are committed to ensuring our website — www.plus39official.com (the “Site”) — is accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to uphold the highest standards of web accessibility to provide an inclusive and easy-to-navigate digital experience for all visitors.
Accessibility Compliance
We have developed and maintained this Site in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standards. The Site has been designed and implemented to work with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.
To support accessibility, we have implemented the following measures:

  • The language of the Site has been formally declared so that assistive technologies can correctly interpret page text.

  • A clear and consistent content order and page structure have been established across the entire Site.

  • All pages use proper and logical heading (H1–H6) structure to facilitate navigation via assistive tools.

  • Alternative text (alt-text) has been provided for all meaningful images, including photos of dishes (lasagna, gnocchi, pizza, focaccia, tiramisu), restaurant interior/exterior, and promotional graphics.

  • We have ensured sufficient color contrast for text, backgrounds, buttons, and other visual elements to support readability for users with low vision.

  • Where animations or motion effects appear (e.g., page transitions, interactive elements), we have minimized motion and avoided flashing content that could cause discomfort to users with photosensitivity.

  • For any videos, audio clips, or downloadable files provided on the Site, we commit to offering captions, transcripts, or accessible equivalents whenever feasible.

Third-Party Content & Partial Compliance
Some parts of the Site may embed or link to third-party content (e.g., external reservation platforms, payment processors, delivery partner widgets). While +39 has no direct control over the internal accessibility of those external services, we make a best-effort attempt to choose third-party vendors whose tools meet recognized accessibility standards. Because of this, certain pages that rely on externally hosted content may have limitations beyond our control. For those pages, we declare that accessibility compliance is “Partial.”
Affected pages may include — but are not limited to — third-party hosted online ordering or third-party reservation/payment pages integrated within our Site.

Physical Accessibility of Our Restaurant

In addition to digital accessibility, +39 is dedicated to making its physical restaurant space accessible to guests with disabilities. Our accessibility accommodations include:

  • Accessible parking near the entrance (handicapped parking spaces in front).

  • A step-free or ramped entrance to the restaurant.

  • Wide aisles and maneuverable spaces between tables to accommodate wheelchairs or mobility devices.

  • Accessible restrooms or facilities with grab bars and appropriate clearances (where required by local or state building code).

  • Staff training to assist guests with disabilities — including accommodation of service animals and providing help where needed.

If you need additional accommodations (e.g., seating adjustments, hearing assistance, visual guidance), we are committed to working with you to make reasonable adjustments.

Requests, Issues & Suggestions

If you encounter any accessibility barrier on the Site, or if you need further assistance or accommodations (digital or on-site), please contact our Accessibility Coordinator. We welcome your feedback and will endeavor to respond within 3 business days to address or remedy accessibility concerns.
